Exclusion of liability to you from the use of the Website

  3. No person who is not a direct a party to any agreement covered by these General Terms and conditions shall have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of the Agreement.

Where you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel any contract for the provision of goods or services, by notice in writing, at any time before seven working days have passed from the day after the contract was made. If, however, we have started to perform our side of the contract before you exercise your right to cancel, then the right to cancel is lost.

Any such notice shall be addressed to the usual business address of the other party and may be: Personally delivered, in which case it shall be deemed to have been given upon delivery at the relevant address if it is delivered not later than 17.00 hours on a Business Day, or, if it is delivered later than 17.00 hours on a Business Day or at any time on a day which is not a Business Day, at 08.00 hours on the next Business Day; or
    1. If within Nigeria, sent by courier, in which case it shall be deemed to have been given four Business Days after the date of posting: or
    2. If from or to any place outside the Nigeria, sent by pre-paid airmail, or by air courier in which case it shall be deemed to have been given seven Business Days after the date of posting in the case of airmail or two Business Days after delivery to the courier, in the case of air courier;
    3. Sent by facsimile, in which case it shall be deemed to have been given when dispatched, subject to confirmation of uninterrupted transmission by a transmission report provided that any notice dispatched by facsimile after 17.00 hours on any Business Day or at any time on a day which is not a Business Day shall be deemed to have been given at 08.00 on the next Business Day; or
    4. Sent by electronic mail, in which case, it shall be deemed to be given when received but subject to the same provisions regarding receipt after 17.00 hours on any Business Day or at any time on a day which is not a Business Day shall be deemed to have been given at 08:00 on the next Business Day

Governing law and Jurisdiction

  1. Your use of the Website and the purchase of any products or services from it are governed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Republic of the Gambia.
  2. The Nigerian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or difference whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or the purchase of any products or services from it.

  1. Your use of the Website and the purchase of any products or services from it are governed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Republic of the Gambia.

Limitation of liability

  1. By placing an order for a admission, visa, citizenship or residence through us, you are granting us the right to file with the relevant authorities, and institutions, as an authorized person for and on your behalf, the relevant documents required to implement the service you are agreeing to take under this agreement.
  2. We do not accept any liability for any errors or omissions in the information you submit through Sass Visa Agency, or for any such application which is subsequently rejected.
  3. You understand that Sass Visa Agency acts as an intermediary representing the interests of these schools and as such is bound by confidentiality agreements with these third parties. We are therefore not liable for any failure to disclose any information that is bound by such agreement including communication which may or may not involve the client or any agent or proxy.
  4. We do not warrant that you will achieve success by purchasing a service through us and as such shall bear no responsibility for any failure to achieve the derived objective by patronizing our platform.  

Ordering

  1. All orders that you place through this Website are deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the products or services that we supply subject to these Terms and are subject to acceptance of the order by ourselves. We may choose to reject any order without providing a reason beforehand.
  2. You are presented with a range of choices during the ordering process. It is your responsibility to ensure that you read and fully understand these choices before you proceed with any purchase.   3. As an Admissions, Citizenship and Visa Service Provider, we have an ongoing responsibility to perform regular checks on any individuals to which we provide ongoing services. Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions authorizes us to investigate you. In the event that any of our checks uncover information or activities that are illegal, unethical, or otherwise outside of our risk appetite then we reserve the right to terminate services without notice and without refund.
  4. Further to iii above, we may require you to provide evidence of your identity and address in the form of international passport or other recognized travel documents. Failure to comply with any request for such documents within a reasonable time frame (specified at the time of any request) may result in the termination of services. No refund shall be given for the termination of services resulting from your failure to satisfactorily comply with our procedures.
  5. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to deny users access to Sass Visa Agency or any part of Sass Visa Agency without notice and to decline to provide the service to any user that is in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

What you receive

  2. Admissions Service We help our clients apply for and obtain admissions in top-tier universities across the world. We leverage on our partnerships to ensure that our clients are provided with updates on their application status, their chances of getting an admission is heightened and any available discounts on fees by virtue of our partnership is made available to them. Third party data and services is relied upon in order to provide to you the information you have requested. All information is supplied on the basis that it is as is and without warranties of any kind whatsoever, whether express or implied as to accuracy or completeness.
  3. Citizenship and Residency Applications We serve as an intermediary with various government and private agencies helping individuals who wish to purchase citizenship or residency in any of the countries available on our site. Third party data and services is relied upon in order to provide to you the information you have requested. All information is supplied on the basis that it is as is and without warranties of any kind whatsoever, whether express or implied as to accuracy or completeness.

Visa Applications Service

  1. SASS OBLIGATIONS: SASS shall as far as visa applications are concerned carry out the following tasks:
    1. Use its best efforts to assist the CLIENT in furtherance of the Visa Application Service sought.
    2. Use its best efforts to provide services under these terms and conditions with the sole purpose of ensuring that the CLIENT obtains a visa within one (1) year from the purchase of its service, whichever occurs earlier, subject to all other prevailing circumstances and all clauses listed herein.
    3. Review the CLIENT’s qualifications and advise the CLIENT as to what must be done in order to maximize the CLIENT’s chances of a visa thereto.
    4. Act for and on behalf of the CLIENT in the preparation, compilation, and submission of the documents for visa applications.
    5. Actively seek out contacts to help the Client meet any requirements for the visa application.
    6. Upon request, make the requisite payments for visa application fees, insurance, medical and police reports, letter of invitation, hotel booking and biometrics (where necessary); and
    7. Carry out written correspondence for and on behalf of the client with Embassies, Agencies, Immigration firms and offices, and private individuals in furtherance of the Client’s application and review where necessary.
  2. CLIENT UNDERTAKING ON VISA APPLICATIONS: The CLIENT expressly acknowledges that the preparation, and submission of applications for a visa does not guarantee that the CLIENT will be granted a visa. SASS shall leverage on its contacts to further the visa application process.
  3. DUTIES OF THE CLIENT The CLIENT – shall be responsible for the performance of the following duties:
    1. Provide valid contact information, including email, telephone, and mailing address, to SASS, at all times during the validity of this Contract, and immediately notify SASS of any changes in contact information.
    2. Follow SASS’s reasonable advice in order to maximize eligibility for a visa.
    3. Immediately disclose to SASS all information related to any and all current or prior criminal charges and/or convictions, as well as any health issues that have affected or affect the CLIENT or any of his/her dependents.
    4. Provide all information and documents requested by SASS and the immigration authorities in a timely, accurate, honest, and forthright manner and, where necessary, have the same translated accurately into English or any other language at the expense of the CLIENT.
    5. Immediately advise SASS if there are any changes to the CLIENT’s personal information, financial, health, travel or criminal status, language proficiency, work experience, education and training, or civil status, or if the CLIENT receives any communication related to the visa application;
    6. Ensure that all documents submitted (the DOCUMENTS) are genuine and complete and have been obtained from an institution that is recognized to issue such documents, and where necessary, take necessary steps to certify any copies or notarize same as the case may be, and have the credentials assessed at the CLIENT’s expense;
    7. Provide sufficient documentation to support all the visa eligibility requirements, particularly the account balance, hotel booking, airline reservations, insurance, medical report, police report, leave letters, affidavits, marriage certificates, international passports, birth certificates, including, but not limited to, any document that may be requested by the Embassy or any other authority in furtherance of the objectives of this Contract; the CLIENT hereby acknowledges that providing false or misleading information may result in a visa ban;
    8. Demonstrate possession of sufficient unencumbered funds so as to be able to support the CLIENT and his/her dependents upon their arrival in Poland or any other Schengen country of her choice, in accordance with the norms and guidelines established by the relevant immigration authorities;
    9. Immediately advise SASS of any and all written, electronic or telephone communication received by the CLIENT from immigration authorities.
    10. Attend all interviews if called upon to do so by immigration authorities. The CLIENT is responsible for making all necessary travel arrangements at his or her own expense.
    11. Pay the fees required by the appropriate authorities, as well as for the translations in the format required by the immigration authorities, if and when applicable.
    12. Pay to SASS “In Trust” all of the fees payable to SASS, as set forth in the section SASS VISA FEES.
  4. SASS VISA FEES The CLIENT expressly agrees that it is the CLIENT’s entire responsibility to ensure that the said fees arrive in full, in the designated currency, including any applicable taxes, at SASS’s principal place of business in Lagos, Nigeria or any of its offices or if payment is made online, such payment is cleared and confirmed by SASS.
    1. The CLIENT agrees that SASS shall not be required to commence or continue carrying out his Duties herein set forth until such time as SASS has received the said fees in trust.
    2. The CLIENT expressly recognizes that only SASS is authorized to issue receipt(s) for payment of SASS’s fees and that the said receipt(s), irrespective of the mode of payment, and will only be issued upon the reception of SASS’s fees by SASS as herein set forth.
    3. The CLIENT further acknowledges that additional SASS FEES shall be payable to retain SASS to assist with additional services, including but not limited to, applications for invitation and meeting the eligibility requirements.
  5. VISA REFUND POLICY: The CLIENT acknowledges that there shall be no refund due if, through no fault of SASS, APPLICATION FOR VISA is not accepted, OR terminated. Otherwise:
    1. The CLIENT shall be due a full refund of Embassy fees and a 50% partial refund of the service charge where the application cannot proceed due to reasons relating to government policy (including any Ministerial Instructions), a change in law (provided that such change occurred after the execution of this Agreement) regulation or selection criteria and such change occurred before payment of the EMBASSY FEES.
    2. The CLIENT also acknowledges that there shall be no refund due if the CLIENT’s VISA APPLICATION is refused, rejected, or cannot proceed due to reasons related to health, criminality/security or if the CLIENT voluntarily withdraws his or her VISA APPLICATION THERETO.
    3. In any event, SASS’s total liability under this Contract is limited to any SASS FEES paid by the CLIENT to SASS

Admission and Scholarship Application Service

  1. DUTIES OF SASS: SASS shall be responsible for the performance of the following duties:
    1. Review the CLIENT’s qualifications and advise the CLIENT as to what must be done in order to maximize the CLIENT’s eligibility for admission to tertiary institutions and scholarship thereto.
    2. Assist the CLIENT in the preparation of the applications for admissions and scholarships to universities in United Kingdom.
    3. Carry out Targeted Masters applications, aimed at securing the CLIENT a full or partial scholarship for a Master’s program at one of United Kingdom’s tertiary institutions.
    4. Scout for scholarship opportunities within United Kingdom and apply for a minimum of 5 scholarships with a view to ensuring that the CLIENT is best positioned to meet the requirements for a Post-Graduation work permit upon completion of the program.
    5. Carry out written correspondence with admissions staff on behalf of the CLIENT for the purpose obtaining admission and a scholarship thereto
  2. DUTIES OF THE CLIENT
    1. The CLIENT shall be responsible for the performance of the following duties:
    2. Provide valid contact information, including email, telephone, and mailing address, to SASS, at all times during the validity of this AGREEMENT, and immediately notify SASS of any changes in contact information.
    3. Follow SASS’s reasonable advice in order to maximize eligibility for admission and scholarship.
    4. Immediately disclose to SASS all information related to any and all current or prior criminal charges and/or convictions, as well as any health issues that have affected or affect the CLIENT or any of his/her dependents.
    5. Provide all information and documents requested by SASS and the UK immigration authorities in a timely, accurate, honest and forthright manner and, where necessary, have the same translated accurately into English at the expense of the CLIENT;
    6. Immediately advise SASS if there are any changes to the CLIENT’s personal information, language proficiency, work experience, education and training, or civil status, or if the CLIENT receives a validated offer of employment in United Kingdom or a certificate of nomination from a UK province or territory;
    7. Ensure that all educational and professional credentials claimed (the CREDENTIALS) are complete and have been obtained from an institution that is recognized and accredited by the governing body responsible for such accreditation in the country of issue or study, as the case may be, and have the credentials assessed according to the requirements of the UK immigration authorities at the CLIENT’s expense;
    8. Pay any deposit and fulfill any other required to prove seriousness of intention to pursue an admission.
    9. Provide sufficient documentation to support all qualifications claimed, including, but not limited to, proof of language proficiency and UK equivalence of the CREDENTIALS, as advised by SASS and/or required by the UK immigration authorities; the CLIENT hereby acknowledges that providing false or misleading information may result in being banned from United Kingdom for a period of five (5) years;
    10. Demonstrate possession of sufficient unencumbered funds so as to be able to support the CLIENT and/or his/her dependents upon their arrival in United Kingdom, in accordance with the norms and guidelines established by UK immigration authorities.
    11. Immediately advise SASS of any and all written, electronic or telephone communication received by the CLIENT from UK immigration authorities.
    12. Attend all interviews if called upon to do so by UK immigration authorities. The CLIENT is responsible for making all necessary travel arrangements at his or her own expense.
    13. Pay the fees required for admissions, evaluation of language ability, professional, vocational, or educational qualifications by the appropriate authorities, as well as for the translations in the format required by UK immigration authorities, if and when applicable.
    14. Pay to SASS “In Trust” all of the fees payable to SASS, as set forth in the section SASS FEES. The CLIENT expressly agrees that it is the CLIENT’s entire responsibility to ensure that the said fees arrive in full, in the designated currency, including any applicable taxes, at SASS’s principal place of business in Lagos, Nigeria.
  3. REFUND POLICY – The CLIENT acknowledges that there shall be no refund due if, through no fault of SASS, APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION AND SCHOLARSHIP is not submitted, not accepted, terminated or cannot proceed due to reasons relating to government policy (including any Ministerial Instructions), a change in law, regulation or selection criteria and/or if the CLIENT fails to adequately support all qualifications claimed.
  4. In addition, the CLIENT also acknowledges that there shall be no refund of tuition fees or any other payments if the CLIENT’s APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION AND SCHOLARSHIP is refused, rejected, or cannot proceed due to reasons related to health, criminality/security or if the CLIENT voluntarily withdraws his or her APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION AND ANY SCHOLARSHIP AWARDED THERETO.
  5. The CLIENT acknowledges that he shall be entitled to a 80% refund on any deposit (exclusive of ancillary charges) made in proof of seriousness to pursue admission if, through no fault of SASS, the client voluntarily decides to withdraw application or in the event of issuance of an admission or scholarship letter, withdraws and decides to discontinue offer.
  6. The CLIENT acknowledges full liability for any expense incurred by Sass in the processing of his application.  
  7. In any event, SASS’s total liability under this AGREEMENT is limited to any SASS FEES paid by the CLIENT to SASS.

Services not included with any product purchased by you from Sass Visa Agency

  1. We do not include any of the following in respect of any of the packages we offer for sale online:
    1. Sales of visas or the 100% guarantee of any such
    1. Legal advice capable of creating a lawyer – client relationship
    1. Advice regarding the suitability and appropriateness of the application you are instructing Sass Visa Agency to make
    1. Any other services not expressly mentioned

  1. The price for any Goods or Services that you purchase from us is as set out under the option you select on Sass Visa Agency and unless otherwise stated, all prices exclude VAT at the prevailing rate.

  3. We reserve the right to update the prices on the Website and to update, amend, or withdraw the products and services that we offer without prior notice.
